A former Dauphin County, Pa., risk manager charged with theft for allegedly running an insurance scam is scheduled to be arraigned on Friday, according to the county district attorney’s office.

I finally hired a lawyer to handle my case. I had been dealing with the insurance company on my own. The whole process was such a hassle. My only regret is I wish I would have hired my lawyer sooner.
